For dealerships to use illuminate, Tail Light must receive a request from Zurich. There is a formal process where the Zurich rep contacts their Underwriter and the Underwriter will submit the enrollment to Tail Light. Once this process is completed, the dealership and the Zurich rep will receive a welcome email with the following information as attachments.
Install the illuminate App on an iPad
Step 1: Navigate to the Apple App Store by clicking on the App Store icon.
Step 2: In the search field, type "Zurich illuminate". You will be shown a list of choices. Tap on the name of the app that is created by Tail Light, LLC.
Step 3: Tap on the "Get" button, which will become the "Install" button. Tap on "Install".
Step 4: Enter your Apple ID password if prompted, the tap on "OK".
Step 5: Tap on "Open" to open the illuminate app. Outside of the app store, click on the illuminate App Icon. After you open the app, you can login to illuminate.
Set up the use of illuminate in Menu
Step 1: In PowerMenu, navigate to settings by clicking on the three lines at the top right corner of the screen and then click on Settings.
Step 2: Click on Plans. In the name field, type 'illuminate'. Under Products to Include, select all of the products listed by clicking the check box next to each one. Click on Save to save the new plan profile.
Step 3: Click on Tablet. You will need to pair each Zurich product to its corresponding product name from the Presentation Mapping drop down options. This action will link the product to its corresponding visual aids in illuminate. When you are finished, click on Return to Menu.
Step 4: You will now see the illuminate plan option added to the Menu.
