After selecting "Create Contract" and going through the process to print the official contract, if the contract status remains in a "Create Contract" status and does not change to "Official" status, you will need to make an adjustment to your IE Add-On settings.

Step 1: From Internet Explorer click on the Cog / Gear Icon and then click on "Manage Add-ons" from the drop down.

Step 2: Choose "All add-ons" from the drop down. Click on "Adobe PDF Reader" and it's details will appear.

Step 3: You will need to toggle Adobe PDF Reader to disable and then back to enable for the change to be effective. Click the "Disable" button. It will become an "Enable" button. To save your changes, click on the Close Button.

Step 4: Proceed with creating the contract.
