Step 1: Copy your existing Finance Report. Navigate to the Reports tab and click on the pencil icon of the report you want to copy.

Step 2: The Report Wizard will appear. Click directly on Finish in the Report Wizard. Then click the bubble next to Save As. A name for the new report will auto populate but this can be edited. When you are finished, click the Finish button.

Step 3: The page will refresh and you will see the copied report in the reports list. Click the pencil icon of the report you just created.

Step 4: Click directly on Grouping. Make sure your columns are set to be filtered by Transaction Type.

Step 5: Click directly on Other Options. Check the box next to "Total Retail Revenue Column" to include this column in the report. After you run the report, data in this column will exclude lease deals and show your dealership's total retail revenue.

Step 6: Click directly on Finish and then click the finish button to complete the changes to your report. You are now able to run the report.
