NOTE: Follow these steps if the print icon is missing or not available in Reporting.
Step 1: Open Internet Explorer and navigate to the settings. It looks like a gear and its located in the upper right corner of the window. Click on Internet Options and the Internet Properties box will appear.
Step 2: Click on the Security tab then click on the Trusted Sites arrow.
Step 3: Click the Sites button.
Step 4: In the field, enter https://*.ristken.com and click on the Add button. Do the same for https://*.taillight.com. Click on Close.
Step 5: Click on Custom level.
Step 6: Scroll down the the Miscellaneous section and make sure of the following:
a. ‘Display Mixed Content’ is Enabled
b. ‘Use Pop-Up Blocker’ is Disabled
c. ‘Websites in Less Privileged Web Content Zone Can Navigate Into This Zone’ is Enabled
When you’re finished, click the OK button.
Step 7: Still on the Security tab, click on Internet then click on Custom Level.
Step 8: Scroll down the the Miscellaneous section and make sure of the following:
a. ‘Display Mixed Content’ is Enabled
b. ‘Websites in Less Privileged Web Content Zone Can Navigate Into This Zone’ is Enabled
When you’re finished, click the OK button.
Step 9: Back in the Internet Options window, click on the General Tab, then click on the Tabs button.
Step 10: Select the bubble next to "Let Internet Explorer decide how pop-ups should open", then click the OK button.
Step 11: The Tabbed Browsing Settings window will close. To apply all these changes, click on the Apply button, the close then Internet Settings window.
Step 12: In Internet Explorer and navigate to the settings. It looks like a gear and its located in the upper right corner of the window. Then click on Compatibility View Settings.
Step 13: In the field, enter ristken.com and click on the Add button. Do the same for taillight.com. Make sure ‘Use Microsoft Compatibility Lists’ is unchecked. Click on Close.
NOTE: Certain browser add-ons, toolbars, 3rd party software, and web content filters may also interfere with the functionality of Tail Light applications.
Step 14: Disable ActiveX. From the Menu bar, click on Tools and make sure there is not a checkmark next to ActiveX Filtering. If there is, that means it's enabled. To disable it, just click on ActiveX Filtering. NOTE: If you do not see your Menu bar, right click in the top of the IE window and click on Menu Bar to enable it.
