Deals are pulled from your DMS into Reporting according to a schedule.

ACS

  • Overnight going 10 days back

  • Pulls deals that have a status of closed

Automate

  • Overnight going 7 days back

  • Pulls deals that have a status of sold and/or closed

CDK

  • Overnight going 15 days back

  • Pulls deals that have a status of finalized, booked, and invoiced

DealerTrack

  • Overnight going 30 days back via scheduled job

  • Pulls deals that have a status of finalized and booked

Reynolds & Reynolds

  • Will pull deals as soon as the deal is finalized (F12)

  • Deals pull back 30 days (unless the access granted date is less than 30 days, in which it will pull back to the access granted date)

  • Will combine the total amount of all products within the warranty section and send the mapping to VSC; must move to Aftermarket section to allow separate mapping
