Step 1: To add a product to the Menu, navigate to Settings by clicking on the three lines in the top right corner of the screen. Then, click on Products to open the product editor.

Step 2: Use the fields at the top of the editor to add the new product. Begin by entering the name of the product in the Name field. All of the initial fields are required and the Pricing Values fields are optional. It is recommended to set a default price for the product. When you are finished, click the Save button. The new product will appear in the list of available products below. You can return to the Menu at any time by clicking the Return to Menu button.

If the product will be rated using our electronic rating system, you will need to contact Client Support (support@taillight.com) to have the product linked to the rating tool.

NOTE: If you have "Allow Multiple Product Descriptions" selected under Configure, you will see a link next to the description that allows you to enter more product descriptions. For more information on this feature, reference the "Managing Multiple Product Descriptions in Menu" article by clicking here.

To Edit a Product

Click on the product. It will highlight and the product's information will populate into the fields. Edit as necessary. If you are wanting to move the order of the product in the menu, change the number to the desired position. Click the Save button when you are finished.

To Delete a Product

Click on Products to open the product editor. To delete a product, click on the product. The product will highlight and the product information will be populated in the top fields. Click on Delete. You can return to the menu at any time by clicking the Return to Menu button.
