Step 1: To add a new Fee, navigate to Settings by clicking on the three lines in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Click on Fees to open the Fee editor. Use the fields at the top of the editor and begin by entering the name of your new fee in the Name field.

Step 3: Choose if the fee is a fixed amount or a calculated amount from the drop down menu. If you selected "$ Amount" from the drop down menu, you will enter the fixed amount in the Amount $ field. If you choose a calculated value, the Amount $ field will auto populate and say “Calculated”.

Step 4: Choose if the fee only applies to new vehicles (N), used vehicles (U), or both (N/U).

Step 5: If the fee is taxable for retail purchases, check the box under Taxable (Rtl). If the fee is taxable for leased vehicles, check the box under Taxable (Lse). Both boxes can be selected, if applicable.

Step 6: Choose if you want to disclose the fee on all deals, if you want to set it as a default, and if the fee is to be paid upfront. When you are done, click on Save.

NOTE: If you choose to disclose the fee on all deals, this means the fee will be shown on printed menus. If you want to remove the fees from printed menus, uncheck this box.
