If you are trying to print a menu, disclosure, or contract and see the following, there's a few steps you can take:

  • White screen (may have 'Please Wait' instructions at the top and can flash)

  • Gray screen

  • Error message regarding Adobe

In order to troubleshoot the system, there are steps you can take to correct the issue.

  1. Set your internet options to interact with Tail Light correctly. If you are using Internet Explorer, CLICK HERE to check your internet settings. If you are using Google Chrome, CLICK HERE to check your internet settings.

  2. Download the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC by accessing the webpage https://get.adobe.com/reader/ by clicking here.

  3. Restart your computer.

  4. If the steps above are not effective, please contact your dealership's IT department for further resolution.
