Ford

  • From the Ford ProfitLink webpage, go to the Reporting application and navigate to the Settings tab. Begin completing the fields at the top of the page starting with a User ID (which must be unique). Continue until all the fields are complete. Assign a dealership and a role to the user (click HERE to learn more about roles). The new user will be sent an email with their user ID and temporary password.


EasyCare

  • To add a user, contact EasyCare Support at (866) 225-4356 and choose option 3.


EFG

  • Menu: You wouldn't create individual users in the Menu. Everyone at your dealership should be using the same username and password.
  • SPAN: Log into SPAN and click on Manage Users. Begin adding the new user's information into the fields to the right. When the fields are complete and you have selected a role for the user, click on Save. Then, you will need to search for the associated dealership, select the dealership from the drop down, and click the Associate button.
  • Reporting: Navigate to the Settings tab. Begin completing the fields at the top of the page starting with a User ID (which must be unique). (LHM: need to use the full email address for the User ID.) Continue until all the fields are complete. Assign a dealership and a role to the user (click HERE to learn more about roles). The new user will be sent an email with their user ID and temporary password. 

PowerSports, UDS, and LHM

  • Menu: You wouldn't create individual users in the Menu. Everyone at your dealership should be using the same username and password.
  • Reporting: Navigate to the Settings tab. Begin completing the fields at the top of the page starting with a User ID (which must be unique).
