Step 1: To manage your lenders, navigate to Settings by clicking on the three lines in the top right corner of the screen and clicking on Settings.
Step 2: Click on Lenders to open the lenders editor. To add a new lender, use the fields at the top of the editor. Begin by finding the lender you want to add from the drop down. You can type the first letter of the lender name after you click the drop down to make finding the lender easier. NOTE: If the lender you are trying to add is not listed, please start a chat session with a Client Support Specialist to have them added.
Step 3: Once you have chosen a lender from the list, begin to enter relevant information into the cells for both Retail & Balloon Values and Lease Values.
NOTE: If your calculated payment on the Menu is not the same as it’s listed in your DMS, it is likely that it’s because these fields were not entered into the Menu system correctly.
Step 4: Pay close attention to the first payment, security deposit, and acquisition fee fields under Default Lease Values. Make sure you select if these items are to be paid upfront if you want them listed as such on every deal financed by this lender.
Step 5: When you are finished, click Save. The lender will be added to your list of available lenders.
Editing a Lender
To edit a lender, click on the lender. It will highlight and the information will appear in the fields at the top. Edit the lender as necessary and when you are finished, click Save to save your changes.
Deleting a Lender
To delete a lender, click on the lender. It will highlight and the information will appear in the fields at the top. Click on the Delete button.
A box will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the lender. If you wish to move forward, click on OK. NOTE: Lender deletion is permanent. If you delete a lender, they will no longer appear on your deals. Deleted Lenders can be re-added.
You can return to the menu at any time by clicking the Return to Menu button.
