There are at least 3 sections of the Find tab: Search, All Deals, and Duplicates.

NOTE: There may be more than 3 sections listed. The sections you see are based on various factors.

For integrated dealerships: You will see an additional Non-Validated Deals section.

For dealerships integrated with CDK or Automate: You will see an additional Refresh Deals section.

For fields other than those described above: This means that you have a check box item selected to be added to the Find tab, which enables you to filter deals by that check box. Search

The Search section allows you to refine your search by specific criteria and values. You can also search for deals in the current month, in all months, or you can choose specific months. When you find the deal you are searching for, click on the deal to open it in the Input tab.

All Deals

The All Deals section allows you to view all deals in the current month or by specific months.

For integrated dealerships: You can choose to exclude non-validated deals from the search by clicking the check box.

Duplicates

The Duplicates section allows you to find duplicates. You can search for duplicates of last name, first name, deal numbers, or stock numbers. Choose one of the criteria from the drop down and click on search. You can also view duplicates from the current month only, from all months, or from specific months. When you find the deal you are searching for, click on the deal to open it in the Input tab.

Non-Validated Deals

For integrated dealerships only: You will have the option to see all your non-validated deals by clicking on the Non-Validated Deals section. You can search for deals in the current month, in all months, or you can choose specific months. Refresh Deals
