Adding a Lender
Step 1: Navigate to the Configure tab and click on Lenders. You will see a list of all the current lenders.
Step 2: To add a new Lender, choose the lender from the drop down menu. To speed up the search after the drop down is selected, type the first 3 letters of the lenders name. If the lender you are trying to add is not listed in the drop down menu, please click on Live Chat in the bottom right to chat with a Client Experience Representative and have them added.
Step 3: Once you choose the lender, the Abbreviation field is auto populated.

For DMS integrated dealerships, a DMS Lender Code is populated. You must ensure the DMS Lender Code matches the DMS ID for the lender in the DMS system. If it does not match, you may change it in Reporting so that it matches. If the DMS ID does not match the Dealer's DMS system, the deals will not validate.
For DealerTrack integrated dealerships: You will be unable to see your lender codes in the DMS. Please contact Client Experience for the lender code.

Step 4: When adding a Lender, the active box will be checked. Check the Cash Lender box if this lender is a cash lender. When you are finished, click Save to save the lender. You will then see the new lender listed.
Editing a Lender
If you need to edit the lender for any reason, including changing the abbreviation/DMS Lender Code to match your DMS, click on the pencil icon next to the Lender you wish to edit. The lender line will highlight and you can make your edits above. When you are finished making edits, click the Save to save the lender.
Removing a Lender
To remove a Lender, you are going to make it inactive. To begin, click on the pencil icon like you are going to edit the lender. The line will highlight. Then uncheck the box under the Active column. Click Save to save the lender. The page will refresh and you will see that the lender is now listed as inactive. To make a lender active again, just reverse this process.
