  • Because it has not been moved to Official status
  • Because it has not been moved to Finalized status

All contracts need to be in Finalized status before they are added to the remit register.

Click on the Search Contracts tab. Using the information from the deal, fill in the available fields and the click on Search to locate the contract.

Once you locate the contract, take the steps necessary to move it to Finalized status and it will appear on the remit register.

If you are unable to locate the contract, it is possible that the contract was never created. Search for the original quote under the Quotes tab and move the quote into contract form.
